I have over a decade of experience in Artificial Intelligence, combining technical expertise with a passion for real-world impact. My journey began at Microsoft, where I worked in the Tech for Social Impact division, helping nonprofits and underserved communities leverage AI to drive meaningful change. It was here that I learned how to translate cutting-edge innovation into practical solutions, balancing technological advancements with the needs of diverse stakeholders. Now, as AI Lead at Axpo, Switzerland’s largest renewable energy producer, I apply this experience to the energy sector. Over the past year, I have built Axpo’s Generative AI Competence Center from scratch, embedding AI into everyday processes and driving sustainable innovation. My approach blends strategic implementation with a human-centered mindset, ensuring AI adoption is inclusive, impactful, and aligned with both organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This combination of global tech experience and sector-specific expertise allows me to bridge the gap between business and technology. I believe AI’s power lies not only in its capabilities but in how it enables people and organizations to solve real-world challenges: responsibly, collaboratively, and at scale.
