Biography
Gregoire Mastrangelo is Head of Insights, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at the International Olympic Committee (IOC), where he leads the organisation’s global analytics and AI capabilities and is a member of the IOC AI Leadership team. In this role, he plays a key part in driving the Olympic Movement’s digital and AI transformation, including the development and execution of the Olympic AI and digital strategies.
Before joining the IOC, Gregoire held senior global leadership roles at GfK, where he oversaw the development and commercialisation of advanced analytics and data products, and at Logitech, where he led global analytics and strategic planning during the company’s turnaround. He has also founded and launched multiple start-ups and business units at the intersection of data, technology, and innovation.
He holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Digital Excellence Diploma from IMD. His work focuses on scaling AI and insights to drive customer‑centric decision‑making and value creation in complex, high‑visibility environments, with a strong emphasis on governance, change management, and responsible AI.
