Biography
Neven Dilkov is a prominent figure in the global telecommunications and IT sectors, known for leading ventures with significant international impact. As the founder and CEO of Neterra, an independent global communications service provider, Neven has driven the company’s growth and its establishment as a trusted partner for nine of the world’s ten largest telecoms and hundreds of global enterprises. Under his leadership, Neterra has expanded its network to over 220 locations in more than 75 countries, providing international connectivity, network management services, and security solutions.
Neven’s vision extends beyond Neterra, with his founding of NetIX, the only global Internet exchange platform, and other significant projects such as Sofia Data Center, Neterra.Cloud, NetFleet, and Neterra.TV.
He is a member of the Forbes Business Council and a Chairman of the Board of the European Competitive Telecommunications Association ecta.
Neven’s academic achievements include studying computer science at Tsinghua University in China and Sofia Technical University in Bulgaria. He graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia Wesleyan College in the USA with a degree in computer science.
