Benjamin Thomas is a passionate travel industry professional, and has led many global Product and Technology teams over the years. He was one of the key person who led the Hotel business unit of CWT from 2015 to 2020, with a vision to bring together data, advanced personalization and machine learning to improve traveler booking experience – he also led the Innovation center focused on bringing incremental and disruptive changes in the hotel booking space. From 2020 onwards, he led several key strategic projects which changed the foundational structure of the company’s technical ecosystem and allowed new partnership to come to life, as well as being currently the technical lead in implementing AI to assist with traveler servicing.
